Brief on SSC Exam 2020
Usually, the SSC exam starts in the first week of February every year. And no exception for this year, 2020 which started on 3rd February and ended on 27th February, 2020.
A total number of 20,47,779 (20 lakh, 47 thousand, and 779) candidates were expected to take part in the SSC and equivalent examinations.
Among the candidates, the male number is 10,24,363 (10 lakh, 24 thousand and 363) and the female number is 10,23,416 (10 lakh, 23 thousand and 416). The examinations will be held at 3,512 (3 thousand and 512) centers in 28,884 (28 thousand and 884) institutions in Bangladesh.
A total number of 1,635,240 (16 lakh, 35 thousand, and 240) candidates will take part in the SSC exam under nine general education boards, 281,254 (2 lakh, 81 thousand and 254) for Dakhil exams under Madrasah Education Board, and 131,285 (1 lakh, 31 thousand and 285) for vocational exam under Bangladesh Technical Education Board this year, 2020.
Besides this, 342 students took part in the examination from abroad.
